Our Facilities
Advanced U.S.A Sendzimir 20 roller high precision rolling mill , automatic roller matching can be achieved, equipped with AGC automatic pressure correction system to ensure that the overall tolerance is maintained within ±0.002mm.
Equipped with German first class Ungerer’s tension levelling line, the production capacity can reach 200 tons/day; The capacity of a single annealing furnace is three times that of a traditional annealing furnace.
Cleaning facilities can ensure that there is no residual grease or dirt on the surface, so that subsequent treatment can effectively adhere to and form a stable surface layer, improving the corrosion resistance and beauty of stainless steel products.
Twenty-three roller tension levelling machine, be available on-line surface automatic detection, defect alarm, long distance defect record; Ensures accurate recording of production processes and real-time status.
ZXS Slitting machines are dedicated to slit the light gauge incoming coils up to 54″ wide to mults used for re-rolling. At the other end of the process, slitting is used to separate a material at finish gauge and temper into the width ordered by the customer.
